Beam guard

Mechanical engineering and system construction TruMatic TruPunch Stainless steel Punching Punch and laser processing

Effective protection against laser radiation is essential for laser cutting. The mounting plate for the beam guard shown here is used on TruMatic machines . These machines are also ideal for its production: punch laser machines can produce particularly complex and intricate geometries. Another of their strengths is the production of precision fits: These are produced directly on the machine without post-processing. The same applies to counterbores, which are necessary for screw connections.

The beam guard is an example of a high-tech sheet metal component manufactured with high precision.

The TruMatic 7000 punches precision fits with specialized tools
Thanks to additional laser axes, it also handles highly dynamic processing of small contours
