Turnkey fiber lasers
Our TruMark fiber laser portfolio stands for complete turnkey systems for marking, structuring, cleaning, micro-cutting and micro-welding in the medium and high power range. You receive a device that is perfectly tailored to your production, including all the components and options you need for uncomplicated integration into the production line. The lasers are designed for 24/7 industrial applications and a long service life. Consistently high beam quality, even under challenging conditions, increases the speed and output of your production.
What makes TruMark fiber lasers so special
Thanks to plug-in laser light cables, TruMark fiber laser beam sources can be easily integrated into any production line via plug-and-play. This reduces machine downtimes to a minimum.
Pulse duration and pulse frequency can be optimally coordinated - in up to 48 different combinations. This variety is unique on the market - and enables the fast and precise processing of aluminum, titanium and numerous ferrous metals.
Thanks to the focus position shift, workpieces with different levels or slopes can be marked without moving the laser head - a carriage moves the lens into the appropriate position.
Do you want a system that meets your specific requirements but is ready for immediate use? TruMark fiber lasers contain all the important components such as interfaces, scanners, interfaces and work enclosures - and can be integrated into any comprehensive control concept.
The software of our TruMark fiber lasers can be adapted to the individual requirements of your production - unlike many products on the market, which only offer standardized software.
Further advantages
-
Reduce process times, increase production
Adjustable focus positions and a unique variety of parameter combinations on the market with outputs from 20 to 200 watts reduce process times to a minimum - and thus increase the efficiency of your production line. -
Safe and reliable with PLe
TruMark fiber lasers meet the highest safety level Performance Level e (PLe). Redundant safety systems and fast error detection increase your safety in production - without additional measures on the laser.
The TruMark fiber laser in use
You want to apply markings to a variety of materials that remain permanently visible so that the origin of components can be clearly traced, for example in the automotive industry. The TruMark fiber lasers quickly and precisely produce resistant markings on a wide variety of surfaces that are clearly visible even after a long time - from very deep lettering and fine, high-contrast motifs to 2D and 3D effects.
Annealing on smooth surfaces
Annealing on smooth surfaces
You want to create durable and resistant markings on smooth surfaces such as steel.
The TruMark 5020 and TruMark 5050 enable you to produce the finest lettering, logos and decorative designs on a wide variety of materials thanks to the highest beam quality and a wide range of focusing optics for different focus diameters.
Create deep engravings
Create deep engravings
You need recessed lettering that is permanently durable and cannot be removed - even in environments at risk of corrosion, such as identification numbers on vehicle parts. Or because you want to create 3D effects or black and white engravings for high-contrast 2D codes.
With the TruMark 7050 fiber laser, you achieve the highest beam quality in the fiber laser sector and can also apply very deep engravings in the shortest possible time.
Foaming of plastics
Foaming of plastics
The foaming of infrared-permeable plastics requires maximum precision because the material only needs to be heated for a short time in order to apply high-contrast markings. This challenge is all the greater in the case of rapid production in large quantities, for example of components or electrical fuses.
Thanks to its high pulse repetition frequency and variable pulse duration, the TruMark 5020 reliably applies precise logos, fine lines and symbols even at high speeds.
Removal of layers
Removal of layers
If layers are removed selectively, the utmost care is required. Whether it is day/night marking, removing copper, rust or oil contamination or removing layers of paint from car components to prepare them for subsequent processes such as welding or bonding - in each case, it must be ensured that the underlying layer remains intact.
All TruMark fiber lasers stand for the highest beam quality and a unique range of parameter settings that enable you to ablate layers so precisely and quickly that the integrity of the workpieces is always ensured.
One system. Everything TRUMPF.
A laser alone is not a solution. Only in combination with precise optics, intelligent sensor technology and tailor-made services can a system be created that makes your applications possible and ensures reliable processes. With TRUMPF, you have a partner who not only supplies technology, but also reliable process results - solutions that measurably advance your production and pay off through sustainable success.
