The laser tube cutting machine not only impresses with its robust design. It automates many inspection and correction steps and ensures quality directly in the cutting process. ScanLine, ObserveLine Comfort and ObserveLine Edge monitor raw material and cutting areas. They identify tolerances, residual slugs and pre-punched contours and take targeted action. This reduces manual checks and reworking. Process reliability and the good parts rate increase significantly.

Quality
SeamLine Tube automatically detects weld seams and aligns tubes reliably. The touchpoint user interface selects the parameters automatically - this reduces operating effort and increases process reliability. The function also enables even more reliable seam detection and can automatically adjust cutting parameters in the area of the weld seam. This means you benefit from an automated and robust machining process.
ScanLine uses light section sensors to measure and compensate for raw material tolerances. Quality Pilot evaluates the raw material quality at the start of the process and decides whether and how often ScanLine should measure. This avoids unnecessary measuring cycles, saves time and ensures part quality at the same time.
The spatter protection device for round tubes ensures that the inside of tubes are clean, reducing rework.

Automatically checks whether slugs have fallen out of the cut contours in the tube. This increases safety and quality in the process as well as your good parts rate.

PierceLine monitors and controls the piercing process. This protects both the material and the machine, increases part quality and shortens processing times.
The Spatter Guard saves on reworking, as it reduces the adhesion of slag spatters to the inside of tube. To this end, it applies a release agent parallel to production, increasing the cleanliness not only of round tubes but also of closed profiles.

The TruLaser Tube 7000 processes bevel cuts of up to 45°. This reduces downstream processing steps, e.g. for weld edge preparation, creates design freedom and enables innovative tube designs.
With smart profile detection, you can load even profiles with challenging geometries automatically.

Identifies existing contours in tubes and aligns the cutting program precisely to them. Users can also process prefabricated or partially processed profiles safely and precisely.
Integrate flow drilling, tapping and twist drilling directly into the tube laser. The integrated work steps reduce subsequent work steps and parts handling, reduce the possibility of errors and thus increase the added value of a machine.

The swivel-mounted conveyor system with a length of up to 12.5 meters is particularly advantageous for intermediate production and for open or special profiles.

The TruLaser Tube 7000 processes and unloads tubes with a loading length of up to 12.5 m. Optimum nesting allows you to make much better use of your raw material. This reduces scrap and lowers your material costs. Finished parts of maximum loading length are unloaded reliably and safely.
Process reliability and operator support

The integrated magnetic coupling with bellows protects the cutting head from possible damage and contamination, especially in the event of a cutting head collision. In this way, production can continue without readjustment or calibration.

Save on cutting gas, increase process reliability: the innovative nozzle with patented nozzle geometry enables you to achieve average cutting gas savings of 33% when high-pressure cutting wall thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm. Thanks to the increased nozzle distance, process reliability is also improved.

Conveyor tables at an ergonomic height make it easier to unload tubes and profiles. Finished parts can be sorted into different positions, with the unloading area also serving as a material buffer.

Your machine thinks for itself: During the loading operation, the machine checks whether the correct tube has been loaded. The clamping system with automatic force control always clamps tubes centrally without deforming them. The machine also detects whether a part has been correctly discharged during unloading.
Label your parts quickly and reliably with a standardized industry code – the Dot Matrix Code feature enables this.

The open machine concept and intelligent beam guard (laser class 1) offer you optimum accessibility and enable fast, ergonomic loading and unloading of profiles and tubes manually, automatically or by crane.

You can complete tasks on the machine especially quickly with the Touchpoint HMI. Functions can be learned intuitively via the large touch display, you simply operate the machine by hand.

RapidCut enables the high feed rates of the solid-state laser to be used for smaller contours. RapidCut speeds up the process fourfold and thus ensures shorter throughput times.

Seamless integration of multiple TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.

The clamping system with permanent sensor monitoring adapts to any tube geometry and always positions your tube centrally. The automatic force control ensures that even thin and unstable tubes are not deformed.
So that the kilowatts also reach the tube: With TRUMPF laser tube cutting machines, you can also make full use of high laser power. The TruFiber laser with up to 9 kW not only promises high feed rates, but above all processes the workpiece with maximum productivity.

The LoadMaster Tube for 12.5 m loading length feeds the raw material to the machine fully automatically. The swivel-mounted conveyor system with a length of 12.5 m is particularly advantageous for intermediate production and special profiles, and the LoadMaster Tube can also be installed at the front of the machine as an option. This allows you to adapt the layout of the machine to your material flow.

Tube storage system with a storage connection
The loading automation enables you to link TruLaser Tube machines to a tube storage system. Enabling you to load the laser tube-cutting machine fully automatically and unattended. How does it work? A tilt-and-lift station takes the cartridge with the raw material from the store and transfers it to the conveyor unit. It is directly connected to the LoadMaster Tube.

Unloading and sorting
The unloading automation interface with longitudinal conveyor belt was specially developed for the automated unloading of finished parts on TruLaser Tube machines. It contains mechanical and digital components including the longitudinal conveyor belt. The integrator automation can flexibly be connected to the conveyor belt as required.
