The next generation of the TruPrint 1000 continues a success story - with even higher productivity and premium quality thanks to the Fullfield Multilaser and a completely redesigned homogeneity of the gas flow. The 3D printer is predestined for processing metal powders using the Laser Metal Fusion process, also known as Powder Bed Fusion. Due to its high robustness and quality in 3D printing, the TruPrint 1000 is not only perfectly suited for the dental market, but is also impressive in the R&D sector or in small series production.

The new design of the TruPrint 1000 is optimally designed so that the machine fits through a standard door and can be accommodated in any laboratory, e.g. in the dental sector or in universities.

The Preform Option for the TruPrint 1000 offers a way to produce individual single abutments simultaneously in large quantities rather than laboriously one at a time. Here, an individual portion made of a cobalt-chromium or titanium alloy is printed onto a preform (a base with prefabricated connection geometry and flat platform) made of the same material. Up to 64 individual abutments can thus be produced cost-effectively in a single process.

The Multiplate option extends the machine runtime of the TruPrint 1000. The system holds up to four build plates in the build cylinder and changes them automatically as soon as a print job is completed. It starts the next job seamlessly; manual intervention is not required. This makes it easy to handle job peaks overnight or on weekends, saving time and money.

With the small 55 µm beam diameter of the laser, the TruPrint 2000 offers a high-quality print result that impresses with its surface quality and attention to detail. It has a build volume (cylinder) of 200 mm diameter and a height of 200 mm. Thanks to the Fullflied Multilaser with two 300-watt fiber lasers from TRUMPF that expose throughout the build volume, you can also rely on maximum productivity. Melt pool monitoring and comprehensive process monitoring ensure the highest quality standards. The production process with the TruPrint 2000 is designed for a closed powder circuit under inert gas. This enables simple, practical handling as well as maximum work safety.
