The machine is versatile: it punches, forms, taps threads, embosses, marks, engraves and deburrs, all with outstanding quality. With the descending die, you protect your sheets from scratches, and what's more, the machine can be easily operated using the Touchpoint HMI. Save 75% on costs now. The slat cleaner cleans the slats of your laser flatbed machine quickly and several times over. This means you can use the slats for considerably longer. The slats do not need to be removed for cleaning. Further more simultaneous cleaning and production is possible as you can clean the slats during the cutting process. This is practical and saves time. It takes approximately 30 minutes to clean an entire standard size pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm.

With just 3.5 kilograms, the new deburrer is a lightweight in its class, impressing with its ergonomics as well as its ease of handling. The chamfer height can be set precisely up to 7 mm and in angular positions between 15° - 60° (in 5° increments). The powerful TruTool TKA 700 can be used for the weld seam preparation, to prepare visible edges, breaking sharp edges and for radii applications.
